The facilities were good, the staff was very nice and helpful all you would expect from this range of a hotel. It was not the latest built hotel, but well maintained. The location was ideal for us, but its not the most central tourist area.

Room was very nice. Hotel location is great close to the center. Swimming pool, sauna, fitness center. Price was ok.

Everything was exceptional, the room size was great with a huge bathroom as well as a huge bed. The hotel has loads of amenities such as the tea room where you can enjoy any drink and a selection of deserts the awesome pool and the gym, also if you stay on the top two floors as we did you have access to the regency club offering complimentary beverages and great views of the park and the city. The hotel was located in a very nice area of New Belgrade with a mall just on the other side of the road which was a huge plus. It was also close to the city center taking only about 10 minutes to get there by car. All in all, it's a great hotel with an awesome lobby and the best staff! Definitely worth the money.

The hotel is very good. There is a good spa with swimming pool, hammam, sauna, hot tub etc. The breakfast is very diverse with a great variety of dishes. The location is around 20-25 minute walk from Stari Grad, historical center of the city. There is a nice park, Usce, close to the hotel. The park is on the confluence of the Rivers Sava and Danube. There is also a shopping mall with cinema nearby (most of the movies are in English with Serbian subtitles). Internet connection is stable: so it is suitable for remote work.

Having visited Belgrade two times before, I strongly believe that Hyatt is the best hotel you will find in the city! Beautiful facilities in a quiet location at New Belgrade, but at the same time only a short drive away from the historic center. The room was big, with comfortable beds and had an impressive bathroom made of marble. Breakfast had great variety and included a lot of local profucts. We really enjoyed the swimming pool area and its amenities (you could even find different tea flavors at the locker rooms which was a great touch!). The staff was very polite and helpful with anything we needed, making us feel very welcome from the first moment. Hvala na svemu, pozdrav iz Grčke!
